hi bead queens! I'm ashlee, creator and owner of beads by ashlee. i received my first beading kit at age eleven. i quickly fell in love with beading. three years ago, i decided to create beads by ashlee, a sophisticated beaded jewelry brand.
when i'm not creating jewelry, i enjoy traveling, hanging out at the beach, reading a good book, and spending time with my two daughters. a 2004 graduate of the university of alabama, i love alabama football!
our mission, at beads by ashlee, is to create unique, sophisticated, and high-quality beaded jewelry for all women. our jewelry promotes positive self-esteem and body acceptance. our jewelry is created and sold exclusively by us, handmade with love.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders generally ship within five (5) business days. However, it may take longer (up to 7 business days), depending on volume. custom orders are processed and shipped within fourteen (14) business days. ALL orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. billing and shipping address must match or your order will be canceled. BEADS by Ashlee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. **please note** there may be shipping delays that are out of our control during holidays. we do not offer international shipping at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
bracelets, earrings, and handbags may be returned, if not satisfied. a store credit or exchange will be granted for unworn merchandise. returns must be received within seven business days of receipt. customer is responsible for return shipping costs. please contact us via email, hello@beadsbyashlee.com for all return requests. waist beads are final sale, no exceptions. please order the correct size using our waist bead measurement guide as a reference.

BRACELET SIZING GUIDE
Beads by Ashlee bracelets are offered in adult sizes S/M (7 inches) and L/XL (7.5 inches). A measuring tape, printable ruler, or dollar bill can be used to measure your wrist. If the dollar bill touch itself when wrapped around your wrist, select S/M. If not, select L/XL.

HOW SHOULD I MEASURE MYSELF?
Choose where you'd like your waist beads to sit. please use our measuring guide below for reference. Please measure at rest when your stomach is relaxed. A tape measure is the preferred method. A ruler and string are the second best option. Measure against your skin. we are here to help with any questions via chat.

WHICH WAISTBEAD STYLE SHOULD I USE?
The Clasp style can be removed daily by unhooking the clasp. An 2 inch extender chain is attached. This style is made with elastic and has some stretch, however, please measure correctly.
The tie-on style is made using nylon thread and non-stretchable. tie-on waist beads are semi-permanent and can not be removed unless they're cut with scissors. Extenders are not available for this style. how to tie-on waist beads: place them around your waist where you want them to sit, remove excess beads, and secure by triple knotting. cut excess thread. please allow room for sitting, bloating, and bending.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for waistbeads?
Our waist beads are made using waterproof beads. However, we suggest minimal exposure to water, oils, and creams to keep the color in tact. Keep your waist beads clean and dry. A CARE CARD is included with all orders.
All waist beads are FINAL sale. Custom waist bead and bracelet orders are pre-approved via email before shipment.
